  • B. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Log Data):
Non-Personally Identifiable Information, also designated as Log Data, comprises data transmitted automatically by a user’s web browser during a visit to the Site. The Site may employ the use of “cookies” and analogous tracking technologies to monitor activity and retain certain information requisite for its operation. A cookie is a small data file stored on a user’s device. Users possess the ability to configure their web browsers to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being transmitted. It should be noted, however, that the refusal of cookies may render certain portions of the Site inoperable.

6. Data Security Measures

The security of user data is considered a matter of significant importance. Reasonable and commercially acceptable security procedures and practices, appropriate to the nature of the information stored, are implemented and maintained. Nonetheless, it must be acknowledged that no method of electronic transmission or storage is invulnerable to interception or compromise. Consequently, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The clicking of a third-party link will redirect the user to the respective third party’s site, whereupon the user’s activity shall be governed by that site’s policies. The Operator has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Policy Concerning Minors

The Site is not directed at, nor intended for use by, individuals under the age of thirteen (13). The knowing collection of personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of thirteen is not practiced. Should it be determined that such information has been inadvertently collected without verified parental consent, immediate steps will be taken to expunge said information from the Operator’s servers.
